All orders must be paid upon receipt before they will ship.


Shipping


We exclusively use FedEx. We offer shipment at low prices 

anywhere in the continental United States starting 

at $6.50 for 0.5-3 lbs, $7.50 for 3.01-5 lbs, $8.50 for 5.01-20lbs 

and $14.50 for 20.01-30 lbs.

Anything over 30 lbs we ship for free. Sorry, but we do not ship international. 

We reserve the right to amend our shipping policy.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only within 30 days after shipment.

Call customer service prior to return and obtain shipping

authorization.

All returns must be sent with postage pre-paid at the sender’s

expense. All returned non-defective merchandise must be in

original purchase condition including the original packaging,

and contents. A credit will be issued for the benefit of your

account upon approval of returned merchandise however

we will not issue credit for shipping charges or any unpaid

merchandise. We will not issue credit for returned

merchandise damaged during shipment. We do not issue

call tags for non-defective returns.

Shipping Errors

Shipping errors will be charged to your account in all

cases except those that occur as a direct result of

our processing procedures. Shipping errors include

shipment refusals, incorrect address, address changes

and failed delivery attempts. Charges incurred from shipping

mistakes include return postage/freight costs, costs for

refused shipments, costs for lost shipments and any costs for

reshipment. Shipping errors that generate from our processing

will be remedied in a very timely manner.

Damage Claims

We will replace and reship any items that are damaged in the

shipping process from our warehouse.

Honoring returns

    Customer receives any coffee/tea
    other than what they ordered.
      Customer receives any grind of coffee
      other than what they ordered.
        Customer receives someone else’s
        coffee/tea.
        Coffee/tea was damaged during shipment.

          Return not Honored

          1. Customer does not like a particular

          coffee/tea after sampling.
